If you are a licensed, registered sales representative or broker with Keller Williams Ottawa Realty and you would like to be able to donate to the Foundation For Giving from each of your closed trades, please download the sales rep/broker donation form.   Once you have printed out the form and completed it, please fax it to the number given below, or scan/email it to the MCA office for processing.

If you are a member of the general public and/or a licensed registrant and would like to make a single donation to the Foundation For Giving, please download the single donation form.  Once you have printed the form and completed it, please mail it, along with your cheque, to the address on the form.

We are pleased to offer officially approved Canada Revenue Agency tax receipts when you make a donation. 

If you are making a single donation, the receipt will be sent to you by Canada Post or as a pdf attachment via email, as soon as possible.  Please note that charitable receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more.

If you choose to make a donation with each closed trade, your receipt will be sent to you at the end of the calendar year with the total amount of donations made during the calendar year.
